Fresh Mediterranean Salad

Fresh Mediterranean Ingredients:

  • 1 pound tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 fennel bulb, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin
  • to taste

Fresh Mediterranean Salad Directions:

  1. Combine the tomatoes and the remaining ingredients in a salad bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper as needed and mix gently.
  3. Serve the salad as fresh as possible.
