- 1 cup boiling water
- 4 green tea with mandarin orange flavor tea bags
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (about 3 to 4)
Fruity Green Tea Smoothie Directions
- Pour the boiling water over the tea bags, cover and brew for 1-1/2 minutes. Remove the tea bags and squeeze.
- Stir in the sugar and chill.
- In a blender, process the tea, banana and ice cubes until blended.
