Makes 2 servings
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat (2%) milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon light chocolate syrup
- Ice cubes
- Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
- Substitute 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, almond extract or ground cinnamon for the chocolate syrup.
