Iced Coffee Frappe

Makes 2 servings


  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat (2%) milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon light
  • Ice cubes


  • Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.


  • Substitute 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, almond extract or ground cinnamon for the chocolate syrup.
