Mocha Smoothie

Makes 1 serving


  • 6 ounces plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat (2%)
  • 2 tablespoons granulates
  • 2 tablespoons light chocolate syrup
  • 6 ice cubes


Combine all the ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and pour into serving glass.
