Pineapple Crush

Crush Ingredients

  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1-1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup sweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fat-free (skim) milk
  • 2 teaspoons
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Fresh pineapple (optional)

Pineapple Crush Directions

  • Crush the ice in a blender.
  • Add the remaining ingredients except the fresh pineapple and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into two glasses and garnish with the fresh pineapple, if desired.
