Morning Shake Ingredients

  • 1 cup 100%
  • 3/4 cup soy or low-fat
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Pomegranate Morning Shake Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender, cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
  • Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
