- 1 cup 100% pomegranate juice
- 3/4 cup soy or low-fat milk
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 large banana
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
- 2 to 4 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon honey
Pomegranate Morning Shake Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender, cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
