  • 1-1/2 cups low-fat soy yogurt
  • 1 cup plain low-fat soy milk
  • 1/4 cup raw walnut halves
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2-1/2 tablespoons
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Protein Energy Shake Directions

  • Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute or until the mixture is frothy and the ice is finely ground.
  • Pour into four glasses and serve immediately.
