- 1-1/2 cups vanilla low-fat soy yogurt
- 1 cup plain low-fat soy milk
- 1/4 cup raw walnut halves
- 4 ice cubes
- 2-1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Protein Energy Shake Directions
- Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute or until the mixture is frothy and the ice is finely ground.
- Pour into four glasses and serve immediately.
