Strawberry and Kiwi Shake

Makes 2 (3/4-cup) servings


  • 1 cup fat-free (skim) milk
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulls removed
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and quartered
  • 1/4 cup vanilla or strawberry fat-free no-sugar-added frozen yogurt
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar


  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  • Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
