Makes 2 (3/4-cup) servings
- 1 cup fat-free (skim) milk
- 1 cup strawberries, hulls removed
- 1 kiwi, peeled and quartered
- 1/4 cup vanilla or strawberry fat-free no-sugar-added frozen yogurt
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
