Tropical Breakfast Smoothie

Makes 4 (1 cup plus 2 tablespoons) servings

Tropical Ingredients

  • 1 can (20-ounce) chunks in juice, undrained
  • 1 ripe large , peeled and broken into chunks
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Tropical Breakfast Smoothie Directions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until fairly smooth.
  • Pour into four glasses and serve immediately.


If all of the ingredients will not fit in the blender, you can purée all the ingredients except the banana. Then add the banana and purée again.
